Music is a form of art which i think is very important to our life. Just as something as simple as a clap can be formed into a beautiful song. Without music, our life will be so dull and quiet. The sound of birds chirping in the morning, the laughter of children in the evening and the cricket sound is also a form of music.
Music are also told to have a healing effect towards the soul. I totally agree with this statement based on my own experience. Everytime i feel sad or angry or even happy, i can express it by playing the guitar. A classical song will be played if I am sad, a heavy death-metal song when I am angry and just some good random song when I am feeling happy.
Playing a musical instrument is a good thing. It trains our mind to be more creative. Example of musical instruments are piano, guitar, violin, drums, bass and many more. If these instruments are played together, it can produced a very harmony and beautiful song.
To be continued.

Corporal Punishment
The following link shows that corporal punishment in schools should be banned.
http://privateschool.about.com/od/profdevelopment/i/beating.htm
I have a different thought of this. I think corporal punishment is a good way to discipline children. However, the punishment must be equivalent to the bad behaviour of the students. Don't just beat a child if it is not necessary. We should first advice the child first but after a couple of times he/she still do the same thing. Then I personally think corporal punishment is the best way to educate them.
Corporal punishment will make the student be more disciplined. Students will also be afraid to disobey the rules. If a student got beaten for not doing his or her homework, i think the next time they have a homework, they will finish it.
Furthermore, teachers will be more respected. Nowadays, since corporal punishment was banned, the student are more bold to disrespect their teachers. The teachers are more afraid to the students than the students to the teachers.
Corporal punishment should not be banned because it will make the student to be more disciplined. They also will respect their teachers better. Students will soon take their studies seriously and realise its important. Teachers should also remember to punish the students accordingly and not just beat them because you are mad or angry. Just put that in mind.

Cafeteria
I was asked to write about the most debated issue in campus and i choose to write about the cafeteria. Well, to me the cafeteria is okay but there are still rooms for improvements. First of all the food is not enough. Every time i went to buy food, i find out that most of it already are finish. So yeah, i just eat rice, fried chicken, and curry since there are not many other choices left. Sad right? They should do something about this issue.
Furthermore, the environment is not comfortable enough. The surrounding of the cafeteria is not very healthy. For example, you should see the sink, it is really disgusting and dirty. Seriously. :S And the trash cans and dustbins are always overflowing with rubbishes. This could attract many flies and maybe rats. It also creates a very bad image of the cafeteria. To my opinion, this problem is caused mainly by those irresponsible students and not the cafeteria management. The lack of responsibility of the student made the cafeteria looks really uncomfortable.
Moreover, the overall system of the cafeteria is not smooth. Students have to wait and queue a long line before they can pay. The food always gets cold by the time we managed to pay for it. But yeah, we have no choice.
The conclusion is the school should make an improvement to their management of the cafeteria. It is their top priority to make sure all the students obtain comfort from it, as it is a place every student in the campus go to fill their empty stomachs. Lastly i hope there will be an improvement to the cafeteria.

A Start
Take note: This blog is created only for academic purposes.
It is impossible to start anything without an introduction. Everything which has a beginning, requires an introduction right?

My given name is Muhammad Hafiz b Mohamed Azri. People call me Hafiz for short. This coming 1st of June shall be the day where i will turn nineteen. Throughout my life, i have resided in two places (so far), which is Taman Tun Doktor Ismail and also Bukit Jelutong. Truth to be told, i am a very simple guy. I am pretty stubborn, and i hold strongly to whatever notions i believe. I'm known well for my temper, usually people would know better than to provoke me. I can be a good friend, but also a bad enemy.
I am fond of my family. I am blessed with two very understanding and supportive parents, and five other siblings who each have their own unique characteristics. To me, my family is my top priority. Via hierarchy, Allah is on top, followed by my blood family and then my friends. Without them, i wouldn't have been the person i am now.
You know how people can be talented in so many ways. For me, music has always been my passion. I play the guitar. Through music i am able to connect my feelings, in a physical way. Some people can't understand and appreciate the importance of music. To me, music is the best medium for me to express my thoughts and emotions. I also play music to challenge myself by playing those hard songs to improve myself.
With the existence of this blog, i hope i'd be able to share my views and learn something new. That's all for now. Welcome to my blog!
