Cafeteria

I was asked to write about the most debated issue in campus and i choose to write about the cafeteria. Well, to me the cafeteria is okay but there are still rooms for improvements. First of all the food is not enough. Every time i went to buy food, i find out that most of it already are finish. So yeah, i just eat rice, fried chicken, and curry since there are not many other choices left. Sad right? They should do something about this issue.

Furthermore, the environment is not comfortable enough. The surrounding of the cafeteria is not very healthy. For example, you should see the sink, it is really disgusting and dirty. Seriously. :S And the trash cans and dustbins are always overflowing with rubbishes. This could attract many flies and maybe rats. It also creates a very bad image of the cafeteria. To my opinion, this problem is caused mainly by those irresponsible students and not the cafeteria management. The lack of responsibility of the student made the cafeteria looks really uncomfortable.

Moreover, the overall system of the cafeteria is not smooth. Students have to wait and queue a long line before they can pay. The food always gets cold by the time we managed to pay for it. But yeah, we have no choice.

The conclusion is the school should make an improvement to their management of the cafeteria. It is their top priority to make sure all the students obtain comfort from it, as it is a place every student in the campus go to fill their empty stomachs. Lastly i hope there will be an improvement to the cafeteria.

  1. One of the solutions to get more variety of dishes is to get your meals as early as possible and never to be late. It is impossible for the canteen management to serve the food unprofitably since the time is already late after the meal hours. However, I do agree that the students' attitude and awareness of cleanliness should be risen up. I hope you may alert the canteen administrator about this matter and they might appreciate your feedback as a consumer.
